How to Cancel VRPorn.com

Anyone who’s been browsing my blog for a while has probably seen my VRPorn.com review. I talk about the dozens of studios and the thousands of videos that make the site a prime spot for newbies and enthusiasts. So you signed up, excited to get your virtual fap on. But what happens if you change your mind? I got you. Keep reading to learn how to cancel VRPorn.com.

Cancel VRPorn.com Quickly and Easily

So, you read my VRPorn.com review, signed up, and now you need to cancel. I get that it’s not always about being disappointed in a site’s content. Sometimes you’ve got to stop future billings to your card for financial reasons. Or maybe you got a great deal from another one of the big VR tubes out there. No matter, there are a few different ways to get things closed up.

Keep Your Confirmation Emails

I know, I know, the last thing you want is more emails to sift through and organize. You may even have privacy problems and prefer keeping your porn subscriptions incognito. But believe me – it’s better to keep them safe than not. Try creating a private folder for your inbox and label it something as simple as “memberships.” This way they’re easy to find when you need them.

Have All of Your Info in One Place

If you’re anything like me, you want your cancellation experience to be seamless. No one likes messing around with paperwork and other pertinent information on the fly. The site doesn’t have a live support, but it’s still good to keep a few things handy. At a minimum, find your username and the email you used when initially signing up. Any additional information is always helpful.

Is There a Forum to Consult?

Since I would call myself an introvert, I’m a fan of exploring and finding my own answers. Usually when I have a question about a site, one of the first places I check is the forum. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any way for members to connect and engage with each other. In this case, you’ll have to reach out to customer service.

Contact VRPorn.com Customer Support

As I mentioned, there isn’t any live support for VRPorn. If you scroll to the bottom of any page, though, you’ll see a Support and Help menu. When you click on Contact, you’ll be directed to an online form. It requests info like your name, email address, subject, and whatever else you want to add inside of the Message box.

There’s a captcha at the bottom where you have to confirm that you’re not a robot (yet) and then click the blue Send button. I didn’t see any indication of when you can expect a response, so I suggest that if you’re canceling, do it in advance to avoid any future withdrawals from your bank account.

Connect With Their Social Media Team

Sites nowadays have at least some sort of social media presence, especially since people are consuming porn on their smartphones. Messaging appears to be turned off across the board, but you can try reaching out in the comments on their Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube pages. It looks like there used to be a Facebook page, too, but it’s currently unavailable.

Cancel VRPorn.com Through Your Biller

Since canceling a membership is often time-sensitive work, the fact that there’s no live support could be an issue. The fastest and most efficient way to stop your payments is to contact your biller directly. In this case, you’d be looking for Epoch. The popular and trusted payment processing company has top-notch client support.

Click on the Epoch link from the Support and Help menu. From there, you’ll discover that they offer 24/7 customer service by live chat and email, plus worldwide and toll-free calls. Talk about making things easy! And if you used Paypal to sign up, it was likely processed through Epoch, too.

Canceling After Using Cryptocurrency

Crypto is the latest (maybe) fad, so more and more porn sites are processing memberships with it. VRPorn.com goes through the cryptoprocessor Coin Payments, which is secure. Right now, the only coin accepted is Bitcoin. What’s cool about Bitcoin memberships is that they’re nonrecurring, so no auto upgrades.

Hopefully, in the future, they’ll add some more options. I don’t know about you, but it’s going to be an awesome day when they start accepting Dogecoin or some NCR.

Get Help With Your VR Devices

Maybe you’ve run into a technical problem with your VR headset or other equipment? You don’t have to cancel because of that! There could be a solution that allows you to keep your membership. The page How to Watch VR Porn details which popular HMDs will work with the content on the site.

There you’ll find questions including:

  • What is a VR video?
  • How do I watch VR videos?
  • What’s the difference between streaming and downloading?

It even lists ways that members can watch the content without having a headset. (Spoiler alert: It means you can watch it in plain, old 2D if you choose to and it looks distorted at best.)

Expect to see instructions for headsets such as:

  • Oculus Go
  • Oculus Rift
  • Oculus Quest
  • Oculus Quest 2
  • HTC Vive
  • PlayStation VR
  • Windows Mixed Reality
  • Samsung Gear (discontinued)
  • Google Cardboard (discontinued)

While they’re not specifically mentioned, the instructions also cover other PCVR-powered headsets like the Valve Index and HP Reverb. There are even directives for iOS and Android smartphones. The information is detailed, helpful, and up-to-date. There’s a linked and updated blog specifically about watching with all Oculus devices, too.
