When I am asked for recommendations for the best VR porn sites, I almost always include Wankz VR. Here’s an important note. At this point in the process, do not simply hand out your credit card or other personal information. Yes, you will need all that to cancel but only when the team reaches out to you after your initial request.
Cancel Wankz VR Through Your Biller
When you purchased your membership, you likely signed up through Epoch. And if you know anything about them, they are one of the more reputable billers for adult entertainment. So, your other option to cancel your membership is to go directly through them. They are linked on WankVR’s support page so getting to them is quick.
Reaching out to the Wankz team directly is easy enough with the contact form I mentioned. Still, the reason you may also want to consider going through your biller is that they have several ways to reach out, including a contact form, Skype, live chat and a toll-free number.
Consider a Different Billing Cycle
If it’s just a matter of wanting to change your billing date or upgrade your monthly membership to a yearly one, then all you need to do is ask. You can reach out to them directly through any of the methods I described above, but, again, it may be easier just to do it through your biller.
Save All Your Confirmation Emails
Every action you take, like signing up for a membership, changing the billing date or contacting them for support, usually results in a confirmation email. It’s important that you do not delete any of them. It’s good practice to keep those as proof, in case it’s required. If you want to hide those emails from prying eyes, I recommend creating a private folder.

It’s standard practice for porn sites to have an FAQ. But Wankz VR has one of the best I’ve ever seen. If you are having any issues, I’m confident you’ll find the answer you’re looking for there before you need to reach their support. You’ll find topics related to:

Find Help on Their User Forum
Do yourself a favor and head to their forum. I appreciate that you don’t need to create a separate account to post (a requirement on many other sites with forums). You’ll be able to ask questions, talk to other users, and even make scene and model requests. Webmasters often post announcements about new scenes or headset compatibility.
It may even be easier to reach out to support on the forum. I did some digging around and in some cases, questions were answered directly by the webmasters in as little as twenty minutes. Depending on the complexity of your issue, you might still need to go through the official methods, but the forum is another good option. Sometimes, other users might even help first.

It also includes iPhone support. Most of the time, the guides I’ve seen only cover Android devices when it comes to phone-powered headsets. They even cover less popular devices, like the Pimax VR and the Windows Mixed Reality, the latter of which seems to be on its way out, based on my research.
