Many people base their decision to join a porn site on how easy it is to cancel it. Sounds counterintuitive, no? But there’s nothing wrong with that. You want peace of mind knowing that even if you signed up to a top VR porn site and are unhappy with the experience, it will not be a hassle to end your membership. So the question becomes is it easy to cancel BaDoink VR?
Even though you will likely never want to end a membership to a site that good, you can feel safe knowing your information is private and secure. Reaching their support is easy and canceling a membership is a piece of cake. Let’s take a closer look at what the process is like.
What You Should Have on Hand
Before you even head to the cancellation page, be prepared. Have the following information on you.
- Your full name
- The credit card or PayPal account you signed up with
- Your username and password
- The confirmation ID (received by email)
They may not ask you for all of this, but it is better to have it ready just in case. Most of the time, just having two of the items on that list is good enough.
Cancel Badoink VR Using the Form
Once you have your information ready to go, it is time to head to their support page. Scroll down to the bottom of the site and you’ll find the link, which brings you to their contact form. They will ask you for your username, email, the reason for contacting them and a brief description of your issue. You can request a cancellation here.
If you signed up through Segpay, you need to contact them directly. There’s a link on that same support page that brings you to Segpay and from there, you can look up your account by submitting your email, credit card and/or purchase ID (they need two out of three to look it up) then follow the steps to cancel.
Did You Buy a Bundle?
When you sign up for BaDoink VR, there’s an option to grab a bundle that includes access to Kink VR, VR Cosplay X and 18 VR. If you bought it, make sure you specify that when contacting their customer service. It makes things easier on their end to know exactly what you’re requesting and avoids any mixups involving rebills for a site you did not want.
Save Your Email Confirmations
Want to make your life even easier? Hang on to those cancelation confirmations for at least a few weeks. BaDoinkVR has solid customer service, but mistakes happen and if you ever get rebilled accidentally for a canceled membership, that confirmation is your proof. Save it in a secret folder if you have to. Just hold off before you delete it permanently.
Find a Solution in the FAQ
Of course, reaching out to their support does not have to be because you want to cancel a membership exclusively. You can contact them if you have any other questions or issues, whether it’s billing-related or something technical about your experience on the site. But before you do that, go to their FAQ page where they answer questions including:
- Do I need any apps to watch the videos?
- How do I restore my login details?
- How do I watch BaDoinkVR on Oculus?
- Why won’t my videos download?
- What if I have another device not listed here?
Explore a Useful VR Help Guide
If you are having trouble watching VR porn on your device, go to their VR help guide. It lists all the devices compatible on the site, like the Oculus Rift and PSVR, and how to watch virtual porn on each one. They have the newer HTC Cosmos and Valve Index in the guide listed as “coming soon,” so I’ll assume they’ll have info for those devices eventually.
The guide is mostly up to date. It could use a few tweaks, though. For example, the PSVR guide recommends downloading the Littlestar app. First, Littlestar is called RAD. now. Second, there is a better app called Watch VR that is much easier to use and lastly, Watch VR is free. So is RAD., but most of its useful features are locked behind an expensive paywall.
Get Assistance From the Community
Sometimes, reaching out to other users is the best way to get some help. Their community forum is an excellent place to chat with like-minded VR fans and get advice from others. After all, who better to receive help from than people who use the site daily? The webmasters are also very present on the forum and answer questions.
Aside from getting general and technical support, the forum also has fun stuff like pornstar AMAs (Ask Me Anything), a section for scene suggestions and requests, and even some BTS photos.
BaDoink VR is active on many social media platforms and while they aren’t support pages, I’m including them here because they’re worth checking out. Their Instagram often has previews of upcoming scenes, their YouTube gives you trailers and interviews, and their Twitter page is packed with hot images of the pornstars they feature on the site.
What Have Others Experienced?
From the comments I’ve seen on their forums and other mentions across the internet, it seems most people rarely have issues with BaDoink. I spotted one comment where someone was billed an extra $5 and BaDoink quickly rectified it. I saw another where someone complained about a broken stream. The webmasters thanked them and promptly fixed the issue.
It’s always a good sign when creators listen to feedback from members and make any changes.
